3. Quote Accuracy and Estimates

3.1 Estimates Only

The quotes, exchange rates, fees, and delivery times displayed on our Platform are estimates only and may not reflect the final rates offered by providers. Actual rates may vary based on:

• Market fluctuations and exchange rate changes
• Provider-specific terms and conditions
• Payment methods selected
• Transfer amount and destination
• Time of day and provider availability
• Your account status with the provider

3.2 Verification Required

You must always verify the final rate, fees, and terms on the provider's website before completing your transfer. We are not liable for any discrepancies between our displayed estimates and the provider's actual rates.

3.3 Data Sources

Quotes are obtained from:

• Provider APIs (where available)
• Publicly available rate information
• Historical data and estimates (for providers without APIs)

Quotes marked as "Mock Data" or "Estimate" are based on historical averages and may not reflect current provider rates.

4. Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

4.1 Affiliate Disclosure

We may earn commission when you use links on our site to complete transfers with providers. We have affiliate relationships with some (but not all) money transfer providers featured on our Platform.

4.2 Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our comparison rankings. Quotes are sorted by objective criteria (best value, fastest delivery, lowest fees) unless otherwise indicated. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Featured."

4.3 No Additional Cost

Using our links does not result in additional charges to you. You pay the same rate whether you access the provider directly or through our Platform.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your searches and account registration
• Verify all rates and terms directly with providers before completing transfers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding money transfers
• Not use our Service for illegal purposes or fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to manipulate, scrape, or abuse our Platform

• Not impersonate others or create false accounts

6. Account Terms

6.1 Account Creation

6.3 Account Termination

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service outages, technical issues, or maintenance periods.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed £100 (one hundred British pounds) or the equivalent in your local currency.

7.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by Correx or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Provider logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform contains links to third-party websites (money transfer providers). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these third-party sites. Your interactions with providers are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

11. Regulatory Compliance

Correx is a comparison platform and is not a licensed money transmitter. We do not require money transmission licenses. However, all providers featured on our Platform should be properly licensed and regulated in their respective jurisdictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of money transfer services complies with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

12. Changes to Terms
